Michele brings extensive business experience from her corporate career to guide her clients through the IntuAction Coaching program. This expertise, combined with her training at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), enables her to formulate strategies for excelling in leadership along with practical application of essential tools and techniques to help her clients achieve their desired success.

Michele is a Certified Behavioral and Values Analyst and TriMetrix ™ Specialist, which she uses in her executive coaching, leadership development, and skill-building programs. With unique assessment expertise, Michele specializes in leadership development and executive coaching. Her high-impact development efforts center on developing leaders by gaining an in-depth understanding of the skills needed to execute the role, the current skills of the leader, and the gaps that need to be addressed. Michele is known for delivering frank and revealing feedback with compassion and a focus on results. She provides assessments for a wide range of organizational needs.

Michele is a proud graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10.000 Small Businesses Program.

She's also the founder and Executive Director of WomEnpower Corp, a women's empowerment 501c3 non-profit organization. It's mission is to train, motivate, and empower women to become leaders in all aspects of their lives.

 

 

Carl Nielson

Carl specializes in coaching leaders. Clients include c-level executives, vice presidents and directors who typically perform well in an operational capacity but want to develop skills in driving organizational change, creating coalitions, developing vision and strategy, communicating more effectively and building and engaging teams.

During his professional career, Carl rose through the ranks in oil and gas exploration and production, snack foods (Frito-Lay), professional services (Haynes and Boone law firm) and technology (BMC Software). His success was built upon an ability to integrate business strategy with leadership selection and development initiatives through building rapport, credibility and impact with senior leadership.

Carl launched his executive coaching and consulting practice in 2000 and works with a variety of clients, including Fortune 50. He has coached executives at Medtronic, VTC Insurance, Torchmark Corporation (Globe Life), Walmart, Synergetics, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Wise Consulting, Agrium and hundreds of individual clients across diverse industries.

Carl’s coaching approach helps clients deepen clarity with self, role and key organizational systems to create success. He is a recognized expert with a variety of assessments including DISC, PIAV (motivator/driving forces), Acumen, Emotional Quotient, Workplace Stress Quotient, Individual 360˚ Feedback and team/organizational surveys.

Laura Quiros

Dr. Laura PhD, has extensive experience in the area of Diversity & Inclusion.  She works to find spaces to advance inclusion within the academic, corporate and non-profit sectors and helps connect leadership to missions and agendas of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Laura uses her relationship building skills as a way to foster inclusion by helping to increase awareness and forward moving action. 

What began as work in the clinical arena has transitioned to working with organizational cultures in particular, executive leadership, in a consulting, coaching and team building capacity. Although she continues to train front line staff, she remains acutely aware of and in tune with the macro organizational culture.

Laura is also an Associate Professor of Social Work at Adelphi University School of Social Work. She teaches social work practice at the Doctoral and Masters levels.

As a volunteer, Liz co-founded the widely acclaimed group mentoring program featured by the largest chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA); this program celebrated its 10-year anniversary in 2018, having provided the benefits of a mentoring relationship to more than 1,000 women. She eventually joined the HBA corporate staff (2012-2018), rising to Senior Director of Education, where she worked with hundreds of volunteers on the development of chapter programming; led the association’s content committee and speaker selection for its annual conference, and served as mentoring program staff lead to chapters/regions in the United States and Europe.

 Liz is a member of the International Mentoring Association and has spoken at its annual conference on topics such outcomes measurement. She received the Gold Medal,  Learning in Practice Award: Business Partnership Category, from Chief Learning Officer for her leadership in mentoring program development, execution, and innovation. Liz is a magna cum laude graduate of Elizabethtown College (Pennsylvania) with a BA degree in Religion & Philosophy. She is a certified Everything DiSC Workplace® Facilitator.

 

 

Sydney Davis
